J Carter Foundation actively searches for and rescues trafficking victims across Texas. We provide immediate safety. Then comprehensive care: housing, medical/dental treatment, trauma therapy, education, job training, and advocacy. From infants to adults, we serve every survivor with dignity.

Our holistic approach addresses every need: emergency rescue, safe shelter, healthcare, mental health support, case management, and life skills training. We don't abandon survivors after rescue—we provide sustained support until they're truly free and thriving in Texas communities.
