"J Carter Foundation provides comprehensive services for victims of human trafficking in Texas. Services include but not limited to emergency rescue and response, safe housing, medical and dental care, mental health counseling, trauma therapy, education, job training, case management, advocacy, and basic needs provision (food, clothing, transportation). We serve victims of all ages—from infants to adults.
